Paul Herring

Hardwired to drive change, Paul loves impossible problems. With 43 years' experience, he is an expert in C-Suite dynamics, strategy activation, product and process innovation, and transformation of the Value Chain and Technology Toolset. ​

Paul founded 101 after retiring from Nike in 2017. Prior to founding 101 Solutions, Paul was the Chief Supply Chain Officer and CIO for the Nike brand Converse, and held many leadership roles in process, innovation, and technology. Paul's favorite role at Nike was when he had the opportunity to lead the creation of the global office of Strategy, Culture and Operations. ​​

Bob

Bob Woodruff

Bob is a proven leader, with deep Finance experience. He is a strategic thinker that thrives on developing business partnerships. As a hands-on leader, Bob inspires teams to reach full potential. Bob drives profitability, cash flow and value creation in various environments and companies. He has the highest level of integrity and a relentless drive to produce superior results. ​​

Bob has held leadership roles at businesses such as Nike, Converse, and Velcro, building and implementing strategies that have transformed these businesses. ​

Rob, the cyber practice leader at 101 Group, is a trailblazer in building capabilities from scratch. He excels at leading and growing teams and individuals by fostering accountability and collaboration. With over 35 years of experience as an executive in technology and more than a decade and a half in cybersecurity, Rob draws from real-life experiences and easily communicates at every level of the company.​

Rob served as Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Nike, Inc. where he established and managed a large, industry-recognized cybersecurity team, safeguarding Nike against global cyber threats.

Eric Johnson

Eric is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the retail and consumer goods industry. With broad experience across areas of both business and technology, Eric brings a collaborative approach to consulting, leading organizations to focus on business goals and solving the right problems.​​

Eric has held leadership roles in technology at many retail/consumer goods giants including Nike, Adidas, VF Corporation, and Abercrombie & Fitch, and has been recognized for the transformation he has led at these companies.

Jerris

Jerris Marr

A proven leader of change, Jerris has a 30+ year history of effectively envisioning and leading  transformations.  An expert at assessing, planning and leading organizational optimization strategies,  and program delivery, Jerris has built a reputation for assisting leaders and companies in defining new directions, improving struggling teams and programs, and coaching at all levels.

Prior to joining 101 Group, Jerris was a Partner at a startup consulting firm where he led a Practice to 4x growth over 4 years by helping to build trusted relationships with clients.  Jerris spent 20+ years in a variety of leadership roles within Technology and HR at Nike, focused on elevating performance and culture.  

Fergus Nolan

Fergus brings a flexible and practical approach to leadership, maintaining oversight for business and strategic planning while partnering with senior executives to define and execute long-term program initiatives. His communication and storytelling skills have been demonstrated through leading diverse international teams to consistently complete complex multi-million-dollar initiatives on schedule and within budget. ​

Prior to joining 101 Solutions, Fergus was the Chief Operations Officer at Drop Candies, a startup, where he built one of the leading consumer brands in the Pacific Northwest. Fergus’s 19 years at Nike included regional CIO for Asia Pacific and Latin America. Fergus also had roles that spanned retail, program and project management and global ERP release management teams. Fergus also spent time at Columbia Sportwear, and Procter and Gamble.

Mike Malin

Mike Malin brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience at Nike where he had a proven track record of delivering value both in Information Technology and critical Operation roles across Footwear, Apparel, and Merchandising. Throughout the years he was placed into key roles accountable for driving business growth through transformational change. Areas of focus included Supply Chain, Planning, Analytics, IT Infrastructure, Design, and Product (Footwear/Apparel) development. ​

Growing up in the Northwest, Mike attended the University of Portland on a scholarship to play division 1 tennis. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Systems from UofP and a Masters in Technology Management from Washington State University. 

Enid

Enid Rivera

Enid is a  Strategy Principal and Vice President at 101 Solutions LLC.  She specializes in partnering with businesses to identify immediate and long-term solutions for complex organizational challenges that impact business results.​
​Enid has proven experience working across global, regional, and local teams in leading, designing and implementing transformations, organizational effectiveness initiatives, reorganizations, and HR strategies. She is known for building buy-in with leadership and cross-functional teams, creating synergies, and fostering collaboration to co-create solutions that are strategy-led.​

Enid has spent the last 20+ years working for and consulting with leaders in companies including Nike, Lam Research, various governmental agencies and law firms.​

Roland

Roland Paanakker

Roland retired from Levi Strauss & Co. in 2017 as Senior Vice-President and Chief Information Officer. He was responsible for managing all aspects of Technology.  Roland focused on reenergizing and transforming Technology into a critical growth-enabler of the company’s product and omni-channel strategies worldwide.
 
Prior to joining Levi Strauss in 2014, Roland spent more than 18 years at Nike, Inc., in various executive positions at Nike, Inc., in Supply Chain and Technology.  As Nike Inc. CIO for 8 years, he was responsible for developing new information technologies that enabled Nike to become the innovative product and omni-channel leader in its industry, enabling Nike revenue to accelerated from ~$10bn in 2004 to ~$25bn in 2014.
